本书的边界条件与全部引用来源。

已知限制

本书的账本立场要求把未闭合的部分写清楚,而不是让它们混在正文里不被察觉。以下各项是本稿已知、但尚未解决的限制,读者在引用相关结论时应当同时引用这一节。

一、引用覆盖不完整。本书的量化基准与产业层数据已逐条核实并给出来源,包括 Epoch 的趋势率与能力指数、METR 时间跨度、ARC-AGI 各代分数与评分方法学、ICLR 2025 的模仿学习数据 scaling law、Open X-Embodiment、V-JEPA 2、台积电 CoWoS 产能与英伟达占比、GE Vernova 燃机在手订单、变压器交期与并网排队、HBM 三家份额、四大云厂商 capex,以及英伟达、台积电、博通、美光、三星电子、SpaceX、OpenEvidence、Chegg 的财报口径。仍未逐条落到一手文件的,主要是 Part 2 中一级市场标的的融资轮次与投后估值(Etched、Mercor、Cohere、Harvey、Fireworks、World Labs、Generalist AI、General Intuition、Figure 等),以及 Part 4 韩国一节的市场数据——后者现用来源中有三处为维基类转述,须换交易所与公告原文。在补齐之前,本书对这两类具体数字的引用应被视为待核。

二、两个承重参数缺少自有数据点。 Wright's Law 的学习率借自锂电、光伏、汽车与飞机(本书取 15% 基准 / 20% 乐观 / 25% 极乐观三情景,全书时间窗按基准情景给出),人形机器人本身没有任何自有学习曲线数据;各层场景的装机容量(10 万 / 50 万 / 300 万 / 1 亿台)是量级猜测。§3.3.7 附的敏感性分析表明:由此得出的结构性判断(飞轮由台数驱动)在这两个参数的合理范围内稳健,但时间落点不稳健,$20,000 售价的到达年份在 2030 至 2038 之间移动——分别对应 25% 与 15% 学习率情景的两端。

三、拟合的可复现性不足。 §3.1.2 中 MMLU 的三参数 logistic 与 ARC-AGI-2 的 logit 回归,其横轴(累计 OOM)的零点未在文中定义,逐点数据亦未附表。这意味着第三方无法复现这些拟合,而「账本可每季度用公开数据更新」这一承诺正需要这种可复现性。这是本书与自身方法论标准之间最直接的一处差距。因此本书不由这些拟合导出任何具体落点判断(见判断一),只保留不依赖复现的方向性结论。

四、时间线预测不含框架的增量信息。 §3.1.3 已声明:凡按历史趋势率折算的落点,其信息量等同于日历时间上的线性外推。四把尺子的贡献在单位换算与饱和诊断,不在年份。唯一独立于趋势外推的是 §3.1.5 的物理约束论证(133 GW 方案在当前电网交付与融资结构下经济上不可行)与由此得出的减速情景。读者若只取本书的年份而不取其条件,就取走了本书最弱的部分。

五、反方文献的覆盖仍不对称。 §3.1.7 前的反方文献一节现已收录四条:度量假象(Schaeffer 等)、时间跨度的外部效度(Ord)、METR 官方的三条限制,以及 VLA 泛化与失败恢复的反向结果,另收录 AI 产业叙事的系统性怀疑论(Narayanan & Kapoor 2025)与机器人基础模型失败模式的实证研究。但语言模型一侧的反方来自同行评议文献,物理 AI 一侧的反方多来自方法改进类论文的问题陈述部分,两者的证据地位并不对等。§3.3 的乐观程度应据此打折。 §3.3 的打折已在 §3.3.3 六「证据地位分栏」中执行,其结论是:§3.2–3.3 的框架按 A 档证据成立,时点按 C 档证据不可用。仍未对等的是:语言模型侧的反方来自同行评议文献,物理 AI 侧的反方仍多来自方法改进类论文的问题陈述部分。

六、未闭合事项统一清单。以下六项本稿尚未闭合,读者引用相关结论时应一并引用本条。前五项待补充,第六项不由本书决定:① §3.1.2 logistic 拟合的横轴零点定义与逐点数据;② §3.1.2「智能 vs OOM」四曲线拟合图的复现数据;③ §1.1.6 token 单价的端点口径核实(两个端点须为同一能力档模型);④ §1.1.5 由每员工软件支出基数推算到 2030 年总量的路径(基数本身已有来源,见 [158]);⑤ §3.2.1 人形机器人 BOM 成本排序的 BofA 原始出处;⑥ METR 任务集在 16 小时以上的测量不可靠(228 项任务中仅 5 项超过 16 小时,METR 官方声明该阈值以上的读数不足以支持精确比较或外推)——这是 §3.1 与 §5.4 指标① 的硬边界,只能等 METR 扩充任务集与公布新方法。

另有三项范围声明。其一,Part 4 只交付 4.1–4.2,不构成对 Situational Awareness 第四章地缘论证的完整回应,其结论不进入 Part 5 的判断链;§4.2.4 记录的是 §3.4 风险线的一次真实兑现,虽不进入判断链,仍建议与 §3.4 并读。其二,Part 1 与 Part 2 的产业数字(公司财报、融资轮次、投后估值、市场份额,以及 §4.2 韩国市场数据)未逐条落到一手文件,本书对这两类数字的引用应视为待核。其三,§1.1.4.3 提出的利率竞争解释至今未被分离,凡依赖应用层死亡率的结论(判断六)均应据此打折。
